At Springfree® Trampoline, we stand behind the quality of the world's safest trampoline. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original packaging and unassembled condition.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer care team via phone or email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization Number.
Prepare the Package
Ensure all components are securely packed in their original boxes; please note that returns cannot be accepted if the trampoline has been fully or partially assembled.
Schedule Pickup
Once authorized, we will help you coordinate a specialized freight pickup, as our products are oversized and require specific handling.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, a refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable shipping and restocking fees.
